At Fleur de Peau Esthétique, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, any cosmetic product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged.
A product may be returned or exchanged only if:
It is new, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
The request is made within 10 business days following receipt of the product.
The product is accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or electronic receipt).
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact our customer service within 7 business days, with a photo as proof. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you:
an exchange of the product, or
a full refund, according to your preference.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
Processing may take up to 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part or defective products.
Before returning a product, you must:
Follow the instructions provided by our team.
Return the product in its original packaging, properly protected, with proof of purchase.
